ERC is a recipient of New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing from NDC HEDC New Markets, Inc. BERKELEY — A guy with a grizzled gray beard riding by on a beat-up bicycle said it — or rather shouted it — for everyone: “All the effort was worth it! It’s here! It exists!”
